Recently, our company officially launched a new generation of intelligent fully automatic stretch film wrapping machines, achieving dual breakthroughs in technological upgrades and scenario adaptability. The aim is to provide more efficient, energy-saving, and flexible packaging solutions for customers in multiple fields such as chemicals, electronic communications, and e-commerce logistics. This new product is equipped with an advanced PLC control system and AI visual positioning technology, which can automatically recognize the size and weight of goods, intelligently adjust the wrapping tension and layer count, with a stretch rate of 400-500%, effectively saving over 60% of stretch film usage and significantly reducing customers’ consumable costs.

The new product optimizes the machine structure with a modular design, supporting rapid replacement of the film roll and turntable, and can flexibly accommodate goods of different specifications from 50-2000kg. Whether it is regular palletized goods or irregular construction materials and agricultural products, it can achieve 360° wrapping without dead angles. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with remote monitoring and fault diagnosis functions, allowing customers to check the equipment operation status in real time through a mobile app and receive early warnings of faults, keeping the equipment failure rate below 0.8%, far lower than the industry average. Currently, it can directly meet the demands of overseas markets, helping customers achieve intelligent upgrades in the packaging process.
